Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

mom and dad got a divorse when i was little, i will be 16 in july. my dad gave over custody to my aunt and i havnt seen my mom in years, but she found me on facebook and we have been talking about everything... she is movin to GA in June and we both want me to live with her and my little brother. would court rule on our side consider i want to live with my mom and not my aunt? my life would be so much better.

If your mother wanted you to live with her, she would have seen a lawyer and filed court papers. Unless she does this, she cannot seek custody and you cannot live with her. Talking about it on facebook does nothing. Seeing a lawyer would allow her to determine if she has any rights.
