i pay child support for a kid that not mine all because i got the letter a day before court .because i no longer stay in that town for the last five years. anyway they would not give me a dna test five years ago because i did not show up for court. well a couple of months ago i found out another guy has been giving her money for the same kid.

i want to know what do i have to do to order her to get the kid a dna test.because she has already refused me several time and i want to know if it proves i am not the father how can i get my 31000.00 dollars i have aready paid back.by the way she has never let me see this kid ,plus the kid tells other people that the guy is her dad. please help me.

You cannot get back support payments, but you can prove that the child is not his and he will no longer be required to pay support.
