i am six months pregnant and my husband wants a divorce. would a judge even grant a divorce before the baby is born?

An uncontested case could be completed in that time frame, and that would require agreement as to support, parenting, custody, visitation, etc.

It's theoretically possible to do a contested divorce that fasty but realistically the required steps would push the date well past birth.

Either way, you need a lawyer now.
