Does the "moral clause" in my Georgia divorce order end once my daughter turns 18? My fianc wants to move in with us prior to our wedding.

There is no way anyone her can answer you as you've read it and we haven't. It means whatever it says, however it was worded. Most are tied to visitation with minors, but since no one here has read yours your question can't be answered.

I assume it is in a parenting plan which is usually drafted for minors. A child is legally an adult at age 18 in Georgia. Without reading the document or you providing more, I could not give you a definitive answer.
