Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My mother has alzhiemers,my father just passed away, my mother is unable to mentally handleher affairs, there if this neighbor who is helping her,however she is telling my mother all kinds of lies and interfering with our relationship,i am her daughter and fear this neighbor is up to no good. what can i do?
