Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My mother has an ex boyfriend who keeps threatening her one minute and then all sweet the next. He has been harassing her ever since they broke up. He will not stop contacting her. He called child services and told them lies and now she has an open case. He has even contacted her landlord to try and buy the house she currently resides in. He keeps texting her saying he will post nude pictures of her. He keeps telling her that if she takes him back, he will make the nightmare stop. Other than a restraining order, what can she do?

This is a legal forum, and you seem to be ruling out legal action to get him to stop. Either she wants to get him to stop, and takes the appropriate legal steps, or she does not want it to stop.
I assume she has made a police report on every one of these incidents. If she has, she has more than adequate evidence for an aggravated stalking case and a protective order. Since you're asking, I assume she has chosen not to do these things, and no one can make her do them.
