Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I am a mother of two boys.I have nowhere to go, no job, no car. my husband wants to divorce me and i was a stay at home mom.. i want my kids but my husband said he's giving full custody to his mom which is their grandmother. i don't want that to happen cause she slaps my 3 year old in the mouth and made him bleed cause he was yelling and she treats my 19month old differently cause she doesn't believe hes my husbands son but he is. i want to have my kids please tell me what i need to do! and also can they keep my kids from me? do they have more rights than me?

A divorce is you versus your spouse. Absent a very bizarre case, a grandmother cannot get the child in a divorce.
Frankly, you need to gathee what funds and assets you can access and hire counsel ASAP. Don't listen to your spouse. Instead of panic, select a good lawyer.
