mother gives child to me to raise, not what
We havw joint custody, with the mother an primary. She came to me and said as long as i still recive my child suppror, the child can live with you. that's fine with me. But.. if I were to talk to her about changing the primary over to me and disslove the child support, then she would just take the child back. The child is enrolled in school, and the mother visits twice a week. any advice.

You should file a petition for change of custody and support. Based on the information you have given, its seems the mother has an interest in only child support and not the child. You should consult a local attorney on how to get this process started immediately.
