Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am a mother going to court regarding my child....My ex went through the court and had a tpo put against me, over an argument that we had. the tpo was granted and am going to the 30 day tpo court case review to see whether or not I am able to regain visitation or guardianship back.... I am unsure of what to say that will benefit in my favor...The father is being uncooporative, and is being very vendictive because of our breakup.....Can you please give me some kind of information that will be useful to me when I go to my review...I just want my child back

The one thing that is certain is that your odds of prevailing without a lawyer are very low, and your result likely would improve with a lawyer. The fact that you don't know what to say is excatly why you have to have a lawyer. If your child matters to you, get one.
