Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

"I, the mother, have full custody of my 7 year old daughter. In the divorce papers it says that I have legal right to choose her religious up bringing. As my ex-husband and had agreed upon when she was born, I am raising her in our Baptist beliefs. (My ex-husband was a Baptist preacher.) My daughter is already confused because we do not believe that a divorced man can continue to preach. Since the divorce, he has started preaching again in a church that does not follow the beliefs that we established, confusing her even more. I have told him that he can still have her on his allotted days, but that he can not take her to a church of another denomination. He is refusing to comply. What can I do? "
