Any mother that did that would clearly need extensive mental health counseling as that's totally ridiculous and no rational caring mother would even consider it.

It would be viewed as a parent not making sound decisions regarding the welfare of her child(ren). I am not certain why a mother would place her children at risk in order to have a boyfriend.
