Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my mother owed my father an amount of money that was court ordered...he never recieved any of it....i am 34 years old now am wondering can i still recieve it from her is there a way to get it....i live in georgia and she lives in texas?

If your father is alive, you can't and perhaps he can, depending on details not in your post.

If he died, his estate may have a claim. Whomever opened the estate would handle that be it you or someone else.
