Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My mother passed away on 2/6/2017 and my father has dementia. Both of my parents resided with me. I filed for guardianship and conservatorship and my eldest sister on my father side opposed the order. My court date is 6/21/2017 I am currently seeking legal advice.

You can't get a lawyer by posting on the internet. You actually need to hire counsel, which initially will likely involve an old-fashioned telephone. There likely also are other probate/estate issues to address, but regardless, you should not have filed anything without a lawyer. If you act quickly, you may have time for a lawyer to tidy up your filing, prepare for a hearing, and attend, but you're running out of time.
