Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My mother is wanting to divorce her husband in the state of GA. He made her sign a prenup. They have a joint bank account and her husband uses that money to pay for the propety taxes. Her husband also takes the interest earned from her cd and puts that money into his cd's could she have any right to this property, state of georgia
