Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am a mother of a 3 year old child whos father is an NFL player. We currently have a child support contract. However, my sons father has become very irresponsible and now has 6 children with 5 different women! When our contract was drawn up, he was making $30,000 a month and now makes 416,666 a month. I am aware that the other children will be taken into consideration but I am interested in taking him back to ourt for more child support due to him not spending ANY parenting time with my son! Someone please help!

If his income has gone up that much, every month you delay hiring a lawyer is probably costing you money.

Child support is based on the income of both parents. Therefore, you should take the father to court with a lawyer representing you. Of course with his financial resources he will hire a lawyer.

If you don't already have a lawyer, I am available to discuss the matter with you in my Atlanta office.
