Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What does a motion to dismiss counterclaim(by defendent) mean in the state of Georgia? I filed an agreement (plaintiff) with the court on the 18th, and now the 26th, 8 days later he filed a motion to dismiss counterclaim....does this mean he is stopping the divorce or just the agreement? We mutually don't wish to reestablish our marriage, so I don't understand.

You are in way over your head. Get a lawyer. Let me stress that. The fact that you have legal papers you do not understand should be a good clue to hire counsel and see what actually does need doing. What was filed may or may not be okay, and it may help or hurt you. No one here has read it, and you should not be handling a awsuit where you do not understand thepaperwork and procedures.
