Can I move to another country with sole physical custody but joint legal custody and my child and I have passports?

That would depend on the language of the custody order and papers (and the parenting plan), none of which we have seen.

A judge might use your moving as a possible reason to strip you of custody, so even if you can move, discuss this with your lawyer.
