Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Want to move out of Georgia!

I am currently married with a child in Georgia. I filed for divorce and today it got denied. Since I'm still legally married, can I move to another state with my child?

You did not give nearly enough facts for me to be able to give you a decent answer. Consult with a local attorney.

Get a lawyer. About the only way to get a divorce denied is to not have one. Divorce with a child is NOT a do it yourself project. Moving from the state after a botched divorce could have disasterous consequences for your custody claims and it would be extremely foolsih to do so without legal counsel.
