Move out of state
I have custody of my two children. My new husband is getting relocated out of state with his company....what do I need to do to take my children with me w/o my ex getting custody?

Re: Move out of state
What you need to do depends on the parental rights of the father, if any. Do you have a custody agreement in place? If so, you need to look and see if you are allowed to move out of state. If the father has no parental rights, then you should be free to move.
