Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want to move out of the state of Georgia my son is ten. Do i have to wait until he is a certain age to move? I have permanent physical custody but we share joint legal custody.

Whether you can or can't move depends on the parenting plan and custody order and you chose not to tell us what they say. Your move could give the other party a reason to file to chnge custody. Discuss this with your lawyer.
