Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Moving overseas

I have an 18 month old daughter. Her father and I were never married but he had her legitimized and we now have joint legal custody with me being the primary custodian. So in the event of a disagreement between the 2 of us my decision shall prevail. I live in TN and he lives in GA. I recently took him back to court to have supervised visitation because I believe there is domestic violence in the home of him and his wife. He now has temporary supervised visitation until the final hearing. I am now married and my husband and I have a 7 month old son together. My husband has recently started business overseas requiring us to move to Israel.

My question is what are the chances that the court will tell me I can't move my daughter overseas
