Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My nephew (17 years old) does not want to go home. He wants to stay with us. Is it legal for him to not go home?

If you want to get into severe legal trouble and get sued and/or criminally prosecuted, let him stay. Otherwise, make him go home so you don't get yourself in jail.
