Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am newly divorced and my ex husband doesn't like my new boyfriend because he's a different race. He doesn't want him around his daughter. We have joint custody but I am the primary custodian. He is threatening legal action if I don't stop seeing him. He doesn't have a criminal background and is an amazing dad to his own daughter. Does my ex have a leg to stand on with this?
