Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Newly Divorced

My ex and I are newly divorced for one wek now ,joint custody. We are not yet residents or citizens of America. Our divorce was granted in South Africa where we are from originally. Now that she is back from South Africa and the divorce is through she has come back with an attitude and refuses to speak to me regarding visitation arrangements or anything else. I have now been told by her boyfriend that she prefers me to speak to him and deal with him regarding visitation arrangements.I dont see why I should agree to this and I dont feel I should have to submit to this type of tactic. Before our divorce was granted she verbally agreed to let me see my kids whenever I wanted if it was reasonable but now she is sticking to every other weekend. If we are not residents here is Georgia divorce law applicable to us? Does our South African divorce law count here ? Does the fact that we are not residents or citizens mean anything concerning the divorce agreement?I will be re-marrying in about a months time and so will she to her boyfriend. I need some advice on how to get more time with my kids other than just every second weekend. I am being affected emotionally by this and it seems to me that this is more of a power play for her .
