If you are getting a non-contested divorce in georgia with a minor and been seperated for 5 yrs and both agreed on a set child support with out the court involment is it possible not to fill out the child support worksheet and still be granted a divorce

First of all,a divorce is far more than forms. You NEED a lawyer. Since the right to support belongs to the minor,parents cannot conspire to violate the law, and the court ultimately sets support. A divorce is NOT going to happen without that worksheet,and if you attempt touse a number different than the worksheet you have to account for the deviation and justify it to a judge, who can reject it.
