Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

A non-custodial (not related) adult, picked my 17-year old child up from school (without my permission) and drove her to Central Florida (also without my permission). Are there any charges I can file against her?

Since you left out a myriad of details, there is no way to answer you. I assume you made a police report at the time if you felt something was awry, so discuss it with the officer you made the report with.
