Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Are there any obscure or existing laws in the state of Ga regarding cohabitating couples babysitting others' children?

A friend's mother has threatened to take children away if she continues to allow a couple who is not married to babysit her children. Can you help with this question?

For the record, the couple is heterosexual, both over 40 and one is an officer in the US Army with 24+ years, the other is an RN with 27 yrs in career!

The cohabitating couple is likely committing several criminal acts, since sex outside of marriage is illegal in Georgia. Beyond that you have not posted any facts needed to answer. Many divorce and custody orders and agreements have "morals clauses" that impact on the answer. Since you failed to mention those, there is no way to answer you.
