Opposite-Sex Sleeping Arrangements

Do I have any recourse in arguing that my 6 yr-old daughter is sleeping in a room with two step-brothers (4 & 7 yrs) in the State of Ga.

Re: Opposite-Sex Sleeping Arrangements

You should contact a family law attorney in Georgia and see about bring an action for custody based upon inappropriate behavior. It would have to be extremely aggregious behavior and demonstrate to the court that the parent who has custody is not fit based upon the decisions made. You are in for a very difficult road and might be better off just trying to get the parent down in GA to change the arrangement.

Good Luck.
