Want to know my options

I would like to know my options. I have been married almost 7 years with 1 child. My husband has a gambling and pornography habit. Already tried counseling twice, and I want to consider options, possibly divorce.

You can file for divorce (knowing that you can always dismiss if things work out) or you can file for Separate Maintenance, otherwise known as a legal separation. Consult with a local attorney.
