Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I was ordered to pay 25 weeks of back child support for my 17 year old daughter, who has since turned 18. She lived with me during the 25 weeks. The judge was told that and child and her Mother acknowledged it. How can a Judge order me to pay the mother child support when the child didn't live with her. Also we changed custody on the same day as we went to court for the child support. The judge ordered the mother to start paying and paying through the child support office. The judge in her county would not set a date for her to go to court for CS services. They told us that they would not handle it after she turned 18. So the mother is not and has not paid any Child support. Is there anything that we can do about any of this?

No one here can analyze a court case or past hearings. Your question should be directed to your lawyer. If you didn't have one, it might explain the result.
Consult with a local attorney. Many more facts than you have provided need to be examined.
