Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was originally awarded custody of my son, and a child support amount was agreed upon. My son then decided to move back with his mom and she immediately had the judge's order changed to reflect the new custody arrangement. Then my son decided to move back and I never had the order modified. I quit paying her because he was living with me and she never paid anything during this time either. He has moved back with her and she is now filing for back support (for the time he was with me - 9 months). Am I obligated to pay her support when he has living withe me because we never changed the order?

Yes, until and unless you get a support order changed, you are bound by it. A good lawyer might find a way to persuade a judge to lessen your support going forward based on those 9 months, but that's the best to hope for.
