should orthodontist be considered as dental

My husband and I have four children together; he has another child with his deceased ex. The grandmother has custody of both boys that her daughter left behind. We were ordered to pay all medical and dental. She took my husbands son to the orthodontist and is demanding we pay another 113 month. His teeth were straight and I don�t believe it was medically necessary. Are we responsible for this?

No one here can possibly answer you as none of us have read the court order. The best person to ask was the lawyer who repesemted you in the case. He will have read the documents.
