Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
overnight stay
my x is remarried and she has another male, besides the husband living in the house, that is a non-relative to all parties. she won't come clean on the story, but he is on intense probation,(wearing the ankle braclet) and i do not like that due to the fact that my 11 yr old daughter is in her custody.....based on our divorce papers...''no one of the opposite sex stays overnight except for persons related to husband or wife by blood or marriage''.....would this apply in this situation? I have asked my x several times for her to have the guy leave but she always says '' whats it matter!'' should i take her back to court? please advise

Re: overnight stay
If the court order does not allow such a person to spend the night, then she is in violation of the order and can be held n contempt. File a petition with the court to hold her in contempt.
