I am owed 50000 from my divorce QRDO. its been seven months and i havent received it. what legal action can i tak efor him to have to show cause of non payment

Since no one here has read your divorce papers, which provide what remedies you do and do not have (so we can't answer you), and since certainly you did not make the mistake of doing a QDRO without counsel, the answer is to call your divorce attorney. He is best equipped to answer you.
