Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I owned the home previous to getting married. The house if financed only in my name and I pay the mortgage. My husband pays $300 month toward houehold expenses. For expense and reporting purposes for his job, he would like to create a rental agreement wherein he pays me $300 a month for rent. We live in Georgia, is this legal? Can I create a binding rental agreement with my husband for $300 a month in rent? Please advise.

I gather you may be doing this for tax as well as legal reasons, which means you need to sit down with BOTH your CPA, to determine the tax consequences, and a lawyer.
