do papers filed need to be answered

my wife and i sepoarated app.2 months ago. she asked me to leeave. she filed papers for divorce and they need to be answered in the next two days. we got back together recently, and i moved back into the house, we are trying to work things out, yet the deadline to answer the papers is in two day. my wife tells me she will drop the case, but i am unsure, what should i do.

File the Answer ASAP. If you don't and things don't work out, you are not entitled to any notice if she decides to tell the clerk to set the case down for a hearing. Also, due to what may be at stake, I would strongly advise you to at least consult with a local attorney.
