That's a pretty bad idea. Did you know that it is a crime for a paralegal to practice law? They can go to jail, and you risk them screwing up (since anyone can claim to be a paralegal with NO training). Since a lawyer can do it right for a few hundred dollars, why would you spend the same amount to hire someone that can't advise you, may botch the papers, and cannot appear in court at your hearing?

It isn't hard to locate a real lawyer in your area. Call one.
