parental rights
my question is if my wife and i have been seperated for over 6 months,and she is denying me parental rights to visit or speak with our two chidren, who are both boys ages 5 and 2 years old,what legal rights do i have, also no divorce decree has been filed. thank you.

If you and your spouse cannot agree on custody and visitation, a court will need to address such issues. A divorce case should resolve these issues.
Re: parental rights
Pre-divorce, your rights would depend on whether you were married to the mother at the time of their birth or whether you are on the birth certificate. If the answer is no to both, then you might need to legitimize the children, but this would easily be done during the divorce.
