Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Both parents have joint physical & legal custody, mother wants to move out of state. Our divorce was recently finalized with both of us having joint legal & physical custody with visitation split 50/50. Mother now wants to move back to her home state where her large extended family lives. Her job will allow her to work in whatever city she prefers. Father cannot move his job. What are the odds that mother will be allowed to move out of state with children if proper channels are taken according to divorce decree.

No one her can answer this, as none of us have read the divorce decree (and any agreement). That language is the major factor in determining the possible answers (and even there no one can give "odds.")
