Third party in divorce

As a third party in a divorce case involving adultry I have been called to testify. What does Georgia law state about my right not to answer any questions that might casue me to increminate myself in this matter?

You would be able to assert the 5th Amendment, however an unfavorable inference may be drawn by the trier of fact.
