Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

passport for minor child

I've been divorced for almost 4 years. I'm a women who somehow lost custody of our daughter. My ex-husband has continues to this day to treats me like shit every chance he gets. My ex-husband wants me to agree to get a passport for our daughter. I say ''no'' because I DO NOT TRUST HIM. I've thought that my ex would take my child out of state and disappear. We do have an order where he needs my permission. Now he's threatening to take me to court and have me pay court costs. Does he have to right??

Re: passport for minor child
