My daughter and i just moved to Georgia 2 weeks ago She was born in May 2007. Her father started a paternity suit(in Florida 1 week before she was born) and we have not been at one hearing yet. Am I able to change jurisdition to Georgia?

Re: Paternity
From the timeline you gave, he apprently filed in FL before you moved to GA, thereby giving jurisdiction to the court in FL. There is nothing you can do in GA but I advise you to get an attorney where the action is pending.

With the facts as posted, Florida has jurisdiction and Georgia does not.
