Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Paternity
How do I petion the Superior Court of Clayton County Georgia to have a paternity test done on the two kids I have to pay support on? I have never thought they were mine but just went along with it.

Re: Paternity
You didn't post much information, but if you accepted paternity in another case, as a general rule, you cannot revisit that decision and the court decision is res judicata for all time.
In other words, usually the one and only time to challenge things is in the original case.
No one here has read your order to know what it says, but the above is the general rule for most cases. You'd need to talk to the lawyer that did your original case to see if you still have a remedy.
