Can she say no to paternity testing?

My brother is seeing a girl who is pregant. She claims it is his child. She was seeing someone else besides him during the time she got pregant. She refuses to do a dna test, claiming it is his child and he should not question her. She told him that if she said no that he could not have it done. What is his rights? Does he need a lawyer to have it done?

Your brother can bring an action in court for paternity. The mother and child can be forced to submit to genetic testing by the courts. A lawyer could be very helpful in assisting him to get this done.
