Paternity

If a woman is pregnant with your baby and leaves you to be with her ex because they could not have babys together, what recourse do you have?

You can file a Petition to Legitimate the child and request a Paternity Test and be declared the child's legal father and from there discuss further issues of custody/visitation and child support. Until you Legitimate the child in court, you have no rights at all.
