Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

paxil and divorce

My wife of 5 years has been taking paxil for a while. over the past two months her personality and habits have changed dramaticly. She has told me she has frequent thoughts of suicide, her interest in our 9.5 month girl has greatly been diminished.

She now has a new group of ''freinds'' she would never have entertained and has filed for divorce inside of one week after informing me she hates me. just days before just as we have through out our marriage we were making plans for the future. I believe Paxil has damaged my wife and our family. What if any thing can be done?

The physician will decide what the next step needs to be.
