Also he has not paid any medical in the twelve years we have been divorced. The county will not help me with this and has told me even if my decree said he has to keep medical ins. on the children he does not if its not affordable he was also to pay 1/2 med. expense. And I have one child with heart related medical problems. What can I do? Thanks for all your help.

If Support Enforcement isnt giving you any satisfaction, then I would suggest retaining a private attorney and have your ex-husband held in contempt. Your results may not be different but, at least, you would have more control over the pace and scope of the litigation. Best of luck. PAS

Re: does not pay child support please help

You should ask the court to hold the father in contempt for violating the support decree. This will give you a decent chance to collect some of the back med pay and get him current on his support payments.
