i'm currently paying child support for my oldest daughter, now the mother of my youngest wants her child support also, does the first child support is cut in half in order to afford the second?

No. It probably won't be cut in half.

In the second case a judge has the discretion to adjust your support somewhat for the older case (although it is not a dollar for dollar credit).

Later, you may possibly be able to seek modification in the first case. Again it is not always dollar for dollar.

Depending on where everyone lives, with a good lawyer there may be ways you can better coordinate the two cases to get some credit.
