Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Percentage of Child Support increase

I currently have three children at home, two twins in another city, and one in another state. The latter is trying to get an increase for child support. Currently, I'm paying 19% of my income for all of them. She is currently asking for an increase in child support for her child alone which will be more than the twins in another city. What can I do to stop this increase as it is unfair to pay more even when I've had a child at my current home since the original order.

Assuming she has already filed court papers asking for the increase, you should immediately consult with a local attorney who can review your entire situation with you.
