no permision given

can information gotten from personal computer be use against you in a divorce case. wife got someone to come in my home and get into my computer without my permission.she got info thats she will try to use against me in a court of law. can i take legal action or civil against who ever she got to come into my home . what is the law concering these actions

Basically, the law is the same as if she came in and found some incriminating letters that you may have written. You should consult with a local attorney to discuss all of the facts. It may be that whoever looked at your computer committed a trespass.
